A unique and traditional cut from Umbrian Norcineria, Palle del Nonno is made by blending selected cuts of pork shoulder, belly, and ham in precise proportions. The mixture is seasoned with salt, ground pepper, and garlic, then stuffed into natural casing with a distinctive shape (hence the name).
The sausages are tied and sold in pairs, using pork from pigs born and raised in Umbria.
