What type of products do you offer?
We offer a diverse range of charcuterie and cheese, featuring both unique and sophisticated selections, as well as classic favorites. Also, we have a selection of truffle products and jams. All our products are authentic to Umbria, ensuring a wide variety of choices, including various price points. Contact us today to have the full product catalogue.
How does the ordering and shipping process work?
You can place your order via our online shop or by contacting us. When shopping online, you can pay by Credit Card, Paypal or Cash on Delivery. When placing your order via email/whatsapp, we accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, Cash on Delivery, or through a Stripe payment link. We offer free delivery across Malta and Gozo, with specific conditions for express deliveries. In Gozo, delivery times range from 48-72 hours with a fee, waived for orders over 100 euros.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
Customers can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email, explaining your reason and providing any supporting photos or videos. We will evaluate your request and proceed with a refund or exchange if necessary.
How can I contact customer support?
We are available Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. We strive to respond within 1 hour during business hours. For inquiries received outside of these hours, we will respond as soon as we resume work.
