Wine-flavoured pecorino cheese

The product is sold vacuum-packed in a bag of approximately 250g.

Our Tinivello pecorino, after at least 10 months of ageing, is refined first in maceration and then in a vacuum with fresh Sagrantino DOCG pomace and sprinkled with Sagrantino Passito DOCG.

This is a special treatment that recalls the tradition of "drunken cheeses".

The paste is soft thanks to the hydration given by the wine. On the palate there is a harmonious spicy sensation mitigated by the sweet vinous note of the passito.
