Specify your preferences and requirements, and remember to place your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery. For highly specific requests, we recommend contacting us at least two weeks before your event.

If you’re looking for specific products from Umbria that are not currently visible on our website or are sold out, you can still place a special order through our order form. Please provide the details of the product you're seeking, and we will do our best to source it for you. Keep in mind that special orders may require up to 14 days to process due to sourcing and shipping.

We strive to accommodate specific requests for our charcuterie and cheese platters; however, availability can vary. To include specific items in your platter, please place your order at least two weeks in advance. This allows us ample time to ensure that your preferred items are in stock and included in your customized platter.

Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours after placement without any charges. For cancellations or significant changes made after this period, a cancellation fee may apply, especially if specific products have already been sourced or prepared for your order. Please contact us directly for assistance with modifying or cancelling your order.
